Peacemakers practice mindful eating and learn nutritional education for optimal health.
Peacemakers learn sleep hygiene and the importance of adequate rest to restore the body for optimal health.
Meditation, reflection, and guided imagery help peacemakers to become more resilient under stress, more present to the moment and better able to focus amid distraction.
Through books, discussion and modeling of the peacekeeper, peacemakers will learn good character, such as feeling and showing empathy for others, establishing and maintaining positive relationships, and making responsible decisions.
Peacemakers will learn to self-regulate, self-awareness and interpersonal skills through meditation and peacekeeper’s assistance. As a result, peacemakers will learn to be intentional as opposed to being reactive.
